How STEM influences my life:
I would like to be able to contribute in Education Field by sharing the experience that I have and be a part of community that works for a cause. I believe this would be a hands-on experience on teaching giving me a global exposure and would help me in entering the teaching profession in the long run. I can easily envision myself inspiring young students with lots of ideas and thoughts to develop and express them in a way that not only would improve their grades but also make them confident. The program, I feel needs a full commitment and dedication and I believe this would help me in my betterment as I would be put to a lot of challenging tasks to deal with. Most importantly, it sounds interesting and exciting. Coming from a developing country like India, where I see a lot of children struggling to get basic education, I feel honored to be a part of TFA STEM where I will get a chance to learn and also to teach and thus I would not only be helping myself but also would be helping a lot many by educating. This would be a good opportunity to explore and see if my interests in teaching is not just words but its something I could do.
